Oil price probe widens, senator wants Justice Department helpFinally, an "Investigation of the Oil Industry Price Fixing"

"Fixed Oil Prices" for decades.

To this day, gas prices are rising with no issues with wars or any increases of human consumption.

The thing that chives my hide is the fact that across the nation, all gas stations increase their gas prices, in sync, as if it's some huge industry conspiracy....., OOOPS..., did I say "conspiracy"?

In a competitive market, there are always some that price their products cheaper than others, and there are those who simply are fair, and want to sell their product at a fair price.

But nnnnooooo...., all gas stations raise their prices at the same time..., right before a holiday, knowing travelers will need gas.

It's not a question of whether or not Oil & Gas Companies are colluding to charge higher prices..., the question is, how will they all be fined, and how will every driver reap the benefits of punished oil industry conspirers?

Joint Chiefs chairman cites 'crisis' over assaults

Sexual assault in the U.S. military is costing the armed services the confidence of women in uniform that the problem can be solved, the nation's top military officer warns.General Martin E. Dempsey, a 1974 graduate of the United States Military Academy and a career armor officer

A man that have been in the military for 39 years, all of a sudden, he makes a statement about how woman could be loosing their confidence in the military's ability to solve sexual harassment and rapes that have been taking place since before he entered the military, and while he has been in charge as a high ranking officer.

It's these types of idiotic comments by a leader in the military that, even he doesn't seem to know how flawed his comments are, that will continue as long as these type of leaders continue being in charge.

Leadership is by example, and making strong comments about actions of others that never change, suggests that your actions are not those of a leader.

Sergeant trained to protect victims faces sexual assault allegations
At Least a Century of Abuses Known

In the latest incident, an Army sergeant first class assigned to such a program at Fort Hood, Texas, is being investigated for alleged sexual assault, pandering, abusive sexual contact and maltreatment of subordinates. Charges had not been filed as of Wednesday morning.Just because some general stands in front of a microphone, beats his chest, claiming how changes will take place regarding sexual abuse, racism, or top leadership accountability..., doesn't mean that any changes will actually take place.

For Decades, sexual abuse has been an issue, and this instance of media coverage of a sexual act by a person that is a military personnel, has to be the 25th time of it's kind, and just like the other 24 instances, nothing will be done.

One thing that we all know for sure, top ranking officers will lie in an instance to protect their rank when an instance of this nature takes place, and those who are possible witnesses, they will suffer intimidation, degradation, harassment of many types, and more..., all in order to protect the status quo.

When a General, Lt. Colonel, Captain, Lieutenant, Sgt Major, Mst Sgt or a Staff Sgt aren't thrown in jail for actions they committed, then the system will never change because the junior troops actions reflect the leadership characteristics.

Saudi Arabia runs its 1st ad against domestic violenceWorld Societies are slow to recognize Acceptable Civil Behavior

In the 1970s, commercials were run during televised sporting events, specifically directed toward the male demographics, intended to draw the attention to spousal abuses that were widely accepted by a American Male dominated society in the U.S.A...

National newspapers in Saudi Arabia ran the country's first major ad campaign against domestic violence, recognizing it is a problem that can no longer be kept in the dark.It took us 25 years to start acknowledging that spousal abuse or woman abuse of any kind, is the sign of a flawed man, and even to this day, some men still have trouble acknowledging that woman bring value to the work environments at all levels, primarily because those that lead are often the ones who veto laws designed to demand equal pay and equal treatment in the working environment.

Perhaps Nations around the world can head America's lead in it's lessons learned regarding how to value woman at all levels of civil society, to include acknowledging that a wife have the right to say "no" to her husband regarding sex.

In America, we have doubled our capable work force by acknowledging that woman can do any job and every job that a man can do, thereby, adding significant numbers to the American Work Force, not to mention, "2" well paid parents in a home... steadies the home environment, while ensuring that the man in the home, shares in the home responsibilities, which provides in home examples for male and female children, as to the understanding, that two parents sharing is how life suppose to work.

Saudi Arabia is living in America's 1950s, with respect to their unwillingness to accept a woman's value, which is unacceptable in 2013.

The Saudi Commercial isn't enough in a time where the world's access to information subjects every human being to a possible viral video that can change an entire nation's disposition.

Man poses as woman to reveal sexual harassment in EgyptFlawed Muslim Men blame "Women" for their Iniquities
It is a woman's fault that cause a rapist Muslim Man to rape her because the woman displays to much "ankle"!

A report last month carried out by a U.N. Women agency, Egypt's Demographic Center and the National Planning Institute found that more than 99 percent of hundreds of women surveyed in seven of the country's 27 provinces reported experiencing some form of sexual harassment ranging from minor harassment to rape.As idiotic as that may sound, it happens to be the case for men in Egypt and other Arab Nations.

How Hypocritical is it to pray daily and quote the words of a religious book as if the words of that book guides your consciousness as you grab a woman's ass as she walks pass, then claim its the woman's fault for walking so seductively?

It's difficult for a man to chastise another man for abusing woman when he also abuse woman at home, or in public.
It's easy to understand how corruption is so easily accepted in Arab Nations, due to Arab Men character wallets being empty.
There are no examples for Arab Men to follow, there are no Arab Men who recognize that woman are equal human beings, therefore they rate equal treatment and equal consideration.

There are no Arab Men who are willing to defend their own mother from sexual assault by men on the street.

Respect is earned by Respecting Others first.
To All Arab Men.....

Your Abuse of Woman is "Not Acceptable"...

And if you Arab Men brought that behavior of abusing woman to the streets of America, you will meet many men who will teach you how a "real man" treats other men who abuse woman.

W.H. to hold meeting on sexual assault in military
Failed Leadership enables Sexual Assault
Flawed Leadership by Military Leaders are the main factors in the continued sexual assaults and rapes that take place in the military, and even as this has been an ongoing problem for at least 50 years, the same old answers to the problem continue to be accepted.

Firing and removing top ranking officials is the only way to remind their replacements that...
"if you don't "enforce" sexual assault rules, you to will be fired and removed"

Often times, it's those that lead who create the lack of professional environment inside the military, with their own examples of DUI's, Adultery, and Rules Violations, and it's these types of leadership failures that one could conclude that bad example in leadership is expected to display foul language, rude and acute behavior, bigotry and racist acts and actions.

The Good Old Boy System is in full effect in the military.

I seen it personally, and the only way to fix the problem with any large entity is to start firing those at the top and punish those who carry out the acts of sexual assault correctly.

Interesting comments from a man that is obviously out of touch with the world's ability to view his streets and the acts and actions that take place daily.  We have all seen the beginning of Syria's citizens peaceful marches turn into abuse and torture, then the request by the Arab League to be allowed to manage the Syrian crisis 8 months after it begun, but the results was al Assad telling the Arab League to "kiss his ass", as he turned up the volume of abuses of the marching Syrian citizens.

Then, before you have had a chance to adjust to this reality, your doorbell rings, and you cell phone rings, and your home phone rings, simultaneously, and before you know it, your face is on t. v.... live, responding to questions, asking you "why would your son's do such a thing".

The Parents lives will never be the same, the lives of any other family member will never be the same, the lives of the wife of one of the boys will never be the same.

There are many reasons to be angry in this one life time, but, when we decide to take action that may harm others, it's not just the ones that we harm that are directly effected, it's the lives of every family member who the selfish act harms, as well as effecting all the lives of the selfish terrorist's family members.

Terrorism is a act of Selfishness, in that, the person that acts out, never considers how his/her actions will effect all the other people who know and love their victims.

In War:

Expect the destruction of storied structures that represent a history of ones nation and a history of ones culture.

Expect the destruction of necessary infrastructure that provide water, electricity, and even food.

Expect the destructions of homes, apartment buildings, office buildings, school buildings and stores of all kinds.

Expect woman to be raped, children to be orphaned, and the deaths of a huge percentage of the men population.

Expect to see dead bodies laying in the streets, body parts separated from the body and rotting.

Expect to see horrors of war and the true barbaric nature that war creates in human beings of all kinds.

Expect to live with the after math of war that takes  up to 5 generations to repair.

Expect to deal with mentally destroyed children who must live with the memories of viewing their parents raped, and tortured in front of their own eyes.

Expect to deal with the emotionally destroyed people who must find a way to trust another human being.

Indian girl's rape highlights police apathy
Humanly Consideration and Genuine Compassion Where?
A Child went missing 3 years ago.Rape of any human being is the worse possible act of inhumane behavior that any human being can initiate and complete.

The Act of protecting others is the top act that any human being can offer to another human being.

Yet, those in the jobs, or positions that specifically, are designed to protect the community, around the world, opt not to protect.

The Wrong people are being placed in these positions, people who have the wrong mental capacity, people who do not had the educational background required to fill these positions, and people who have the propensity to violent acts and actions, are hired for these extremely significant positions in all communities around the world.

All of the above refers to America.

In india, the abuse of the poor, the exploitation of the poor, the devaluing of the poor, and the lack of accountability by those in positions that are designed to protect the poor, are all segments of the problem in India, because, the same reasons that we suffer from, regarding flawed law enforcement here in America.., in India, the problem is multiplied by1,000.

The Rape of a 5 year old girl, when discovered by India's police, wasn't met with astonishment, because it is accepted to rape woman and children in India.

The Lack of character in those the lead in India, provides protections from prosecution by flawed men of India, and flawed human beings in decision making positions in India

Gun control: 13 senators against 'any legislation'
How to handle a Politician 101

On April 8, 13 senators sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid saying they intended to oppose any legislation that gets in the way of Americans' constitutional right to bear arms. Here's a look at the 13 senators and some of their views on gun control. 1. Never ask a Politician to vote in your interest..., tell him too.

2.  Never ask a Politician what he thinks..., because his/her thoughts don't matter.

3. Never allow a Politician to provide a reasoning or a delay in any discussion, on a subject of any kind, get a yes or no now!

4.  Never ask a Politician anything

5.  When a Politician refuse to give his position, he is stalling..., waiting for a hefty donation from the rich or big business.

6.  When a Politician refuse to answer a question, he has been in office to long.

7. When a Politician repeats comments that other politicians speak,
he/she have agreed to collude.

8. When a Politician refuse to vote based on ideology, remove him as quickly as possible.

9.  When a Politician signs "Pledges" of any kind, remove him/her from office, and charge that person with fraud.

The discussion regarding, why is it so difficult to get a gun law passed, is because those that would vote against any new gun law, have been paid for, remove them ASAP.

Raw: Neb. bus driver assaults passenger
Ruthless Aggressive Attack, isn't his first

A Lincoln, Nebraska bus driver accused of assaulting a passenger repeatedly punched the man before dragging him off the vehicle and leaving him on the side of a road has been fired. (April 13)Human behavior can be complicated, but, when it comes to people who are extremely aggressive, or physically aggressive, these types of behaviors aren't all that difficult to identify as being flawed behavior that is typical of a pattern of past mal behavior.

The Bus Driver in this instance, based on the video, becomes enraged because the man simply asked him a question.

The Bus Driver repeatedly said;
"did I tell you not to ask me another question?"

The Bus Driver's behavior is that of a person that feels extremely comfortable with verbal intimidation, physical aggressiveness, and physical assault.

Thus, this isn't the first time this bus driver attacked a weaker person.
Although, he has been fired, this guy isn't at all, incapable of duplicating this behavior with other people that he can dominate.

Do you know someone that yells, gets aggressive when arguing, or use their physical structure to intimidate you?
The best way to deal with people that display this type of aggression is;
refuse to let them beside you under any circumstances be very acute with them refuse to allow them to explain or justify their actions call 911 immediately if and when they begin their aggressiveness It's these type of people who are controllable when they know that their actions will be dealt with equal aggression.

NYC is pressed to settle Central Park jogger case
Racist & Corrupt Justice System of the past surfaces

Racism in the Justice System, Racist Police, Racist Police Departments, Racist Lawyers & Racist Judges all worked against Blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans, Italians, Asians, Jews, Gays and any non-100% human beings.

Everyone was victimized, but, none were more victimized than the Blacks, who were not only victims to the American Judicial System in it's entirety, they were considered sub-human.

A Stolen Young Adult Life by a corrupt and racist Judicial SystemWe have heard all the stories for decades, and I'm more than sure that there are many White Americans who are tired of hearing about the abuses of racism, to the extent that they even doubt that racism was as bad as Blacks proclaim.

Well, the proof of the barbaric nature of racism that permeated all aspects of life that existed with impunity, is evidenced each and every day that a man, who survived 20, 30, 40 and even 50 years of prison life, and are released due to current scientific facts that exonerate those who were un-justly convicted of a crime they did not commit.

Transcripts of the court cases are inundated with tactics of racist, corruption, and even criminal efforts that took place as blatant as the nose on your face, with each wrongly prosecuted human being.

The World..., every corner of the earth, anyone who have access to the internet, can now see for themselves, the degree of racism that took place during those days, here in my website, as well as on other websites that show the facts of the truth that have been hidden from the world, and even hidden from whites by members of the justice system , so many years ago.

Each case of a exonerated 40 or 50 year old adult released from prison for a crime they did not commit, represent at least 100 other cases that didn't get the attention or notice that they all deserved.

Judge orders morning-after pill available without prescription
North Dakota Abortion Law Trumped

The Law passed in ND, removing abortion after 6 weeks or based on the ability to hear a faint heart beat, which has turned out to be the toughest abortion law in the U.S....., well, guess what,

this judge says...
"Ok, ND..., you asses..., how about this...,
I authorize the "morning after pill for all ages" and no prescription is needed..., eat those apples..., asses
".

The Emblem of LawWhat I find interesting about "Judges"..., the description on the door reads..., "Equal treatment under the law", and the picture of a person with a blind fold on covering the eyes and holding a balancing scale, that suppose to represent "weighing the facts", isn't the case, based on recent decisions made around this nation by judges.

What should be described on the door to the courts is something like:
"I'm a Bigot, so expect bias decisions", or, "I'm a democrat, so expect liberal decisions or I'm a republican so expect republican favored decisions", or, "I'm against abortions so, expect me to approve abortion activist cases".

And, the blind fold should be removed from the emblem of justice, and the scales should have a stack of "cash" on one scale, and on the other scale, there should be " a stack of cash, a airline ticket, a small bag of cocaine, and a white hood with cut out eyes".

Integrity is a very rare trait in those who represent our justice system now a day.

Why Test Students at all...., Pass or Fail should be the evaluation
Stop Grading Students, tests should be removed from the educational system. The World of learning is no longer restricted to books designed and printed by some group of educators who refuse to add all of American History.

Technology provides immediate access to all types of information, from Math, Science, Social Studies, History, all at all levels of education, to include in some cases, full college courses for free on-line.

Access to information used to restrict us to a class in a school, today, most homes have access to information via the internet, thus, being restricted to information in a school environment only, is over.
Adjusting to the technology requires a new perspective on how we teach and how we learn, and one thing that I have learned in this life time is, stuff learned in a class has a short shelf life in my brain, but, learning from participation ensures a greater retention of information and can last an entire life time.

The Access to Information will never get any worse, so, assume that access to history, math, and english is something that every kid can gain everyday and all day.

The Class Room should be an environment that teaches by asking kids to participate in open discussions about the subject being taught.
A Passing Student should be a child that shows up, and is willing to participate in the class discussions on the subject taught.
The Failing Child is the one that misses "X" number of classes, and refuse to participate in discussions of the subject of focus.

Allow the teachers to create a "environment" that allows all students to enjoy classes, but, no tests in terms of being graded.

Texas man found guilty in wrongful conviction case
The Worse thing about wrongful prosecution....
Thousands of people wrongfully prosecuted for crimes they never Wrong man convicted, and this man finally held accountable for a crime that another served time for.committed is an atrocity to humanity, and it happens more often than American Citizens even know.

America, a society that purports fair and equal justice for all, is as accurate as the human beings that serve as care takers of the word of American Law.

Flawed Character in those who write laws, enforce laws and interpret laws, is only the beginning in the American Judicial System, and the number of instances of exactly what I describe, exist in stories like this one.

To have been arrested for a crime that you did not commit is scary, in that, once a person is collected and added to the system, that person becomes nothing more than a number, that represent a criminal element, enclosed with others with criminal history, who have earned their right to be part of a criminal society called "prison".

Yet, what goes beyond conscionable, is the degree of denial of those who serve within the legal system, that refuse to admit the mistake of wrongfully arresting, persecuting, and convicting a innocent person.

The Degree of adamant... of those who wrongfully prosecuted a innocent person is astonishing, even when science used to validate the innocence of a person is proven without a shadow of a doubt, those who withheld significant facts, influenced and coerced witnesses, will refuse to give in to the fact that DNA samples taken proves that the innocent person was wrongfully prosecuted.

Beyond Arrogance leads to criminal behavior by those who misrepresent an abusive legal system that steam roles the poor.

My immediate thoughts "she's lying", while watching that interview, in which she described how her 13 month old son was shot in the head in an attempt to robb her for any money she happened to have in her possession

Sherry West, claimed that the 2 black boys appeared to be 13 and 10 years old, which was another extremely, outlandish statement, in that, a woman her size, would simply smack a 13 & 10 year old, and I can't imagine any 10 year old who would participate in a robbery who lives in any city, other than a living in the deepest darkest areas of Chicago.

Then, De'Marquise Elkins, 17, and Dominique Lang, 15, are the two arrested accused of committing this questionable crime, and Sherry West fingering De'Marquise Elkin's as the shooter, whom doesn't look like any 13 year boy, nor does his physical appearance suggest 10 or 13, further, suggests that Sherry is lying.

Why don't these pro life worshippers express the same degree of disdain for taken lives, say, the life of the Iraqi's that were lost when we invaded their nation illegally?

Why don't these pro life worshippers show the same level of disdain for the lives lost in gun shootings that take place each day?

Man accused of slapping crying boy on Delta flight pleads not guilty
Racism is Powerful when the odds are in a Racist Favor

An Idaho man accused of slapping a crying 19-month-old boy on a Delta flight pleaded not guilty in federal court Wednesday in Atlanta. But, take a look at Joe Rickey Hundley demeanor as he walks out of an Atlanta Court, being charged in a Felony attack of a 18 month old black baby sitting on the lap of his white mother who adapted him.

Joe Rickey Hundley told the mother to "shut that nigger boy up", and then slapped the baby, and one would believe that no degree of intoxication could justify such a vicious attack of a child in the arms of his mother.

However, for Joe Rickey Hundley, a racist, those are the types of odds that bring out the beast in men who are racist, in that, as long as the odds are in his favor, the racist is boisterous and brave, because he is bigger, stronger or have more numbers or the biggest guns.

But, note the demeanor of Joe Rickey Hundley in this picture..., his shoulders are slumped down, he's looking at the ground, and he looks like a very slight pathetic man who holds onto the hands of the woman beside him like a little bitch.

Joe Rickey Hundley, prior to his unacceptable actions on that flight a month ago, was President of an aircraft parts company in Idaho, and I'd bet my last dollar, blacks were very scarce in his company.

The Reality for minorities in America, it's men like Joe Rickey Hundley who are the decision makers for most powerful companies, and who are in the power positions, and although, Hundley looks extremely unassuming in this picture, it's his racist foundation that is the most dangerous trait for any human being on earth, in that, his racist beliefs, not only effect a race of people, it effects a companies' ability to use all possible ideas and concepts that are brought to the table by people who bring a different perspective to the game, to the design room, to the board of directors, to the entire team.

Insight: International court's credibility in dock over failed prosecutions
International Bodies are all Frauds, Un-Effective
Former head of Kenya's civil service Francis Muthaura attends a news conference in Nairobi in this March 13, 2013 file photo. REUTERS/Noor Khamis/Files" 1 " Conviction in "TEN YEARS" by international law bodies, equals failure at a rate that could only be construed as, "FRAUD".

Any Entity that attempts to represent a "international system of legal prosecution" is a futile act, primarily due to the lack of actual authority recognized outside of their own physical location, and certainly not within the borders of any sovereign nation.

So, it is a waste of time and money to even convene any semblance of a entity that purports to represent a "international authority".

Examples of the two "International Entities" that we all recognize and love for their ineptness are
"The Arab League & The United Nations".

The Arab Spring is the perfect example that high lights both, the Arab League & United Nation's inability to solve, address or control any international issue, conflict or war.

Syria's Al Assad has thumbed his nose to both of these bodies for 13 months, and with the continued threats of sanctions and actual sanctions, that have been imposed against Syria, Al Assad have yet to show any signs of negative effects.

So, why are there "International Bodies", other than to have groups of old men getting big checks and travel for free?

When you give alcohol to an under developed immature group of boys and girls, who are unsupervised by mature responsible adults, any and all types of possible actions can take place, and in this case, victimizing a 16 year old girl who knowingly and freely, drank herself to the point where she had no idea what was happening to her body.

Bad decision by the girls, and the boys, and it is clear that these young kinds had no foundation of understanding of right from wrong, which ought to be something that a 7 year old should have been taught by children's parents.
Parents:
A Total Failure of Parenting by every Parent that had a child who were among this group of kids. Driving from one location to another, and drinking at each location, clearly proves that the parents were not in communication with their children, and its clear that the locations that were providing the alcohol, were aware of the ages of these kids.

The Mother blames the boys, but, I would ask, where were you "Mom"?
How is that you didn't know where you daughter was and what she was doing, and who she was doing it with?
Same with the boys, where were you the parents?  These boys were drinking and taking advantage of a girl, and no parents were around... why?

The Owners of the locations where these kids were allowed to drink at, should be charged, and the home where the rape took place, the adults in that environment should be charged, the other kids that were watching should be charged as well.

Duran was molested by ex-priest Michael Baker, who is now in jail after pleading guilty to a dozen sex charges. The New Pope is very aware of the last 20 years of continued release of information regarding the Catholic Church's Century of covering up the horrid acts of child molestations.

As recent as last year, the Vatican itself, have opted not to address a case right at their door steps.

What continues to remain baffling is the purposely refusal to publicly acknowledge the churches immoral actions of covering up and protecting priest who were accused of  child molestation.

The World citizens simply can't "trust" the Vatican with self correcting, because, even at the Pope Level, the unwillingness to come clean and ask for forgiveness, isn't, and has not been something that these flawed leaders are capable of.

The perfect time is now, while the world's attention is with the newly selected Pope, he must publicly address the molestations and the cover ups, with clear and conscious focus on heeling decades of wounds.

U.N.: U.S. drone strikes violate Pakistan's sovereignty
It's time to stop the Drone attacks, and leave Pakistan & Afghanistan

The head of a U.N. team investigating casualties from U.S. drone strikes in Pakistan declared after a secret research trip to the country that the attacks violate Pakistan's sovereignty.Drones are the most effective way of finding radical muslims, and taking them out, without having to take several aircraft to a location and blowing it to smithereens.

However, if we are killing innocent because a radical stands beside a innocent Pakistani for protection, and we can't do that, we must not strike when innocent may be harmed.

IT'S TIME TO LEAVE THE AREA

Afghanistan have had 11 years of our attempts to bring that nation to the current world modern times, but, at every turn, every level of the Afghan Government's Corruption have nullified any and all accomplishments and successes, and even this very week, Hamid Karzai accused the U.S. and Taliban of working together.

In these Muslim Nations, there isn't any government, it's a system of those in power, and those who are not, and the reason why Libya, Egypt & Yemen are having trouble moving forward is because there was never a functioning organized government with specific organized responsibilities.

We can't help a nation of flawed men who refuse to grow as human beings.

It's time to leave Afghan & Pakistan to their own fate.  We attempted to help them at "our" expense, and 10 years later..., they are still corrupt, and they still believe that woman are slaves, and they still believe in anti western redderick

We can't do anymore than what we have already done.  It's time to pull up the chucks, and fly out of the black hole on earth.

Military rape victims: Stop blaming us
Military Rape Victims go Unsatisfied because of
failed leadership
Failed Leadership directly affect abuse levels in all military branches.
The Military, the only entity that a person can work for, that can actually place you in the "entities'" prison.

Yet, 95% of all criminal activity that take place on a military base, or during a deployment, go unpunished, primarily because the leadership are more often "complicit" in the crime itself.

When a military leader go unpunished for crimes committed under his command, then the leader doesn't take the necessary actions to ensure that all acts of violence, harassment or abuses is met with accountability.

I seen first hand, and nothing has changed.

The Commanding Officer can actually issue punishment, to include brig time, and when bullying take place, that lack of accountability actually "enables" more acts and more serious acts in the future.

However, when the junior troops know that the CO will prosecute any infraction, those troops behave like professionals.

Commanding Officers should be removed, demoted, and even jailed if they failed to protect the innocent against the victims in all 4 military branches.

Those that have served, would back me 95% on this.

Missing for two weeks
For almost 2 weeks, Terrilynn Monette, have been missing after last being seen outside a bar in New Orleans.  In what appears to be a baffling case of "who, why and where", Terrilyn Monette's story has now gone nationally, and even as she continue to remain missing, the questions of how and why, are only getting more attention.

Terrilynn, after drinking with friends, purportely, told her friends that she was going to sleep off her buzz in her car, as her friends, got in their cars and drove off...., ya...., I know..., it doesn't make sense.

Since then, she was seen speaking with a person outside of her car in the wee hours of the morning, then she disappeared.
These type of cases generally do not end well:

How you can help: Terrilynn Monette is described as an African-American female, approximately 5'8" tall, weighing 180 pounds and having a light complexion with long brown hair. She was last seen driving a 2012 black two-door Honda Accord with Louisiana license plate WUN494. Francesco Zanardi is still alive, he provided all information associated with his sexual molestations that begun when he was as young as

What more does it take to get the world to see that the

Thousands of young boys around the world have been victims of not just "molestation", they fell victim of secondary victimization of a "biblical cover up" by the Catholic Church and it's entire representation, to this day.
Francesco Zanardi, attempts to stand outside the gates of the Vatican to present his case, and he is forced away by the police, yet another, conscientious degradation of his person, by the entity that purport to work directly for God, but, only represent the flaws and iniquities of Man.

Catholic Church in Scotland 'knew of 20 child sex abuse allegations'
Vatican received  Sexual Molestation Case
July of 2012..., and still..., no resolution

"He would get me to perform sexual acts on him and he would perform sexual acts on me," he said.
To suggest that the Vatican was un-aware of sexual molestation by "Priest", would be equal to a suggesting that a fish in the ocean, didn't know that there are "sharks".

The question in my mind
of whether the top ranking Catholic Leader.., the "Pope", was aware of any "1" sexual molestation of a boy by a Priest, was answered years ago, and once my heart was satisfied that the top ranking Catholic Official was equally as complicit at addressing the "Child Predator Priest" that walked the streets of every city in the world, as the ones who severed as immediate supervisory over the Priest in each city.

Pope Benedict XVI knew of molestations, and every individual Catholic Leader below him also knew.
To standby and stand with a organization or entity that is flawed enough to cover-up egregious acts of child molestation, is to provide enabler support of those who molest.

I would not standby or stand with
any entity that harms a child in such a hurtful way, and I would refuse to accept any family member, friend, or associate's explanation, or justification for doing so.

I am in command of my consciousness, and I have every right to choose to provide the example of how one ought to treat those in the Catholic Church's Leadership for their human failure.

U.N. investigator urges U.S. to pursue Bush-era abuses
The Bush Admin, the most "Criminal American Administration" Ever
The "war on terror" waged by Bush after al Qaeda attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001 led to "gross or systematic" violations involving secret prisons for Islamic militant suspects, clandestine transfers and torture, Emmerson said.
Illegal Attack of a Sovereign Nation, War Crimes, Authorized Torture, Illegal Wire Taps, Falsifying Intelligence, and Outing of CIA Agents
These are just some of the types of allegations that "I" can think of that I would recommend being investigated against the Bush Administration.

I'm not anti-America, anti-republican or anti-Bush..., I'm a man that believes in the law, and those in powerful positions of authority, should be subjected to triple the consequences of the law when they choose to break the law, while serving in a elected position of power.

To this day, not "1" American Citizen can provide any word or a string of words, that can be used to convince, or prove, that the attack of "IRAQ" was justifiable, by any American Law, or any United Nation Law.

Do as I say and not as I Do, is the U.S. Mantra, and Bush took that mantra to the next level, "criminal activity" as the President of a nation.

The Failure of the American Legal System, based on it's lack of any act or action that would address any possible criminal activity associated with the Bush Administration between the years of 2001 - 2008, suggests that any and all legal systems, at all levels, in the U.S., were complicit in the Bush's illegal acts and actions, both with in the U.S. and on the world's stage.

I am not a condoner of the Bush Admin, nor have I been complicit in the acts of former President Bush, however, I am only 1 American, and if there were a law somewhere on earth that only required "1" American Citizen to "authorize" the investigation of the Bush Administration, I would be more than willing to volunteer as that 1 American Citizen to investigate the entire Bush Administration's acts and actions from the day he swore into office, until the day that he flew off into the sunset.

There are "literally Millions" of humans who have suffered due to Bush's acts and actions as the President of the United States of America.
America is responsible for the death of thousands in Iraq, and until we hold the people responsible accountable, we all should feel some degree of shame for what we allowed and what we supported.

In one fell swoop, a dozen high-profile corruption cases - cases that involve millions of dollars in asset-stripping, bribes and fraud - were thrown out.Czech President Vaclay Klaus, at the end of his second term, decided to halt the prosecution of cases that had been dragging on for 8 years, cases described:

" a dozen high-profile corruption cases - cases that involve millions of dollars in asset-stripping, bribes and fraud - were thrown out. "
Thus, the entity in the Czech Republic, with the authority to charge the President with Treason, the Czech Senate, voted 38 - 30 to do so.

What I continue to find interesting is,
here in the U.S....., no one seems to have the authority to charge a state's Congressman or Senator with "Breach of Oath of Office", which is exactly what more than 200 Republicans Senators is doing, and have done for more than 20 years, here in America, by signing the then "secret" Tax Protection Pledge", a pledge that was signed "after" these people took their
"Sworn Oath of Office".
It doesn't take a Political Scientist to recognize that a breach of sworn oath of office took place...., it's called a "conflict of interest".

The Greatest Nation on Earth, seems to be the worse nation on earth, with respect to,
holding elected officials accountable for their acts of
"Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Breach of Oath of Office, Criminal Activity, War Crimes, and even Treason".

We just allowed our elected officials to get away with walking away from their responsibilities to manage this nation's budget, and not "1" elected official have voiced the obvious allegation of
"Dereliction of Duty" for our entire Congress and Senate.
NO ONE IS IN CHARGE & NO ONE IS CHARGED

The Republicans lost the past 2 elections because the republican's ideology is based on "inclusiveness", and by doing so, they also believe in "exclusiveness", and the "excusive list" continues to grow while the "inclusive list" continues to shorten.

Why haven't there been a collective effort to nationalize specific crimes that would ensure that each state would approach the same crime equally, with equal punishment representing a standard across the entire nation?
As this nation demographics continue to increase the melting pot size, we continue to be lead by the same types of mind set of people who have lead this nation for the past 200 years, and the result of those who have gotten away with corruption and abuses in the past, will find it more and more difficult to get away with "business as usual" as this nation's demographics kick in the doors of racism and corruption.

Pot Plans: Efforts Surge in Congress to ReformMarijuana Laws
The Federal Government must remove the
"criminal classification of Pot"

Legalize weedI'm in complete favor of allowing "States" to manage Pot Justice in each state, in that, if the Feds declassify Pot as a Federally Chargeable Offense, this will open the doors for more states to legalize Pot, allowing it to be regulated equal to how "alcohol" is managed in each state.

Millions of lives have been negatively affected by pot arrest, and it's the lives that pull from our economy, rather than adding value to this nation as productive citizens.
Possession of pot laws steal life value in terms of, limiting ones economic growth because of a "drug possession" charge.
Who, in the federal government, truly believes that pot ought to be considered a more dangerous drug than "alcohol"?

One of the positives of Marijuana, its a actual weed that grows to the size of small trees, and if not legally used for medicine purposes, the tall growing weed can be used to make paper, or other things that trees are normally used for, and the magic is, weed grows within months and not centuries.

Gay Marriage approved in England
Gay Men and Gay Woman have been among us since we have been a species, and even in the bible, sex between men is callously mentioned as and not chastised.
We are all human beings, individual entities that can not be duplicated, and our individual DNA proves that no two human being are exactly alike.
No two relations can ever be alike because no two human beings will ever beings will ever be alike.

Attempting to put any number of people in the same basket, doesn't work, and attempting to classify any two people's type of relationships as being un-equal due to the gender is contrary to what we know about human DNA.

More Protests, More Violence in Egypt

There was never a government in Egypt, it was always a ruler and his way, and now, a government can't be replaced because it was never there.
What is Peace for a Muslim/Arab?

Violence have been going on for centuries...

Now that Muslims/Arabs have found out that protesting, actually gets results.... NOW!

The Internet and social media have provide a window into the world of Arab/Muslim Leaderships methods of squashing protests, and now that the world can't be lied to by Arab/Muslim leaders because there are indisputable visual evidence of their attacks viewed in real time, the ability to lie to the world, can't happen.

What, however, has been exposed to the world to see, is the lack of any semblance of a quality governmental structure in any one of the Arab/Muslim Nations that have suffered from the citizen's taking advantage of the freedom of information for all the world to see.

That Freedom of information have exposed "corruption at the highest levels", and when a nation can't torture or murder the citizens, to keep them from protesting, it's left to prove that it can actually function, based on a "Governmental System" that is organized enough to address the complaints of it's citizens, and satisfactorily address the demand for change in a government structure that never existed.
Corruption have nullified any possibility of a functioning government.
Hierarchy have nullified any possibility of a system of management.
Policing that works for the corrupt leaders are incapable of managing protests with any semblance of civility.

The Muslim/Arab Governments that have been asked to leave, have left the citizens of their nation, a empty shell of a unstructured, un policed, unmanaged society, with absolutely no governmental infrastructure left to manage.
Muslims/Arab Citizens have been fooled into thinking that they have a government to evict, when the reality is, there were only the powerful running the nation based on torture and intimidation.
Why are they angry?
Why do the protest?
why do anyone care?

Egypt unrest: Deadly clashes erupt as Port Said mourns
Democracy is the sharing of a common ideology of equal life value.

Three people have been killed and 400 injured in the Egyptian city of Port Said at the mass funeral for about 30 people killed in unrest on Saturday. The Arab/Muslim Citizens who view "Democracy" as a type of life style, they have to all understand that a democracy is the entire nation is one functioning machine.

Militias, Separate Groups, Separation of Nationalities, Separate Religious Practices, Woman, Men..., all are part of the same system called democracy.

Each man's vote is no more powerful than any woman vote, no one group or interest is any stronger than another, and the law must view each individual as a individual and not a representation of a past belief.

Until the Arabs/Muslims value each other equally, and value themselves as a part of the whole, Arab/Muslim nations will always have these types of violent conflicts.

Thousands of years of traditions are hard to break, in that, muslim woman who are not considered equal, and for that reason, they become a burden on the system.  When a specific group isn't considered equal, then they as lo become a burden on the system.

The Mind Set of sharing and equal value is democracy.
And oh by the way..., Soccer is only a game people.

Selling little girls to pay back debt
Unfathomable Act of Paying a debt by giving away a young girl

The mother of a little Afghan girl cannot even turn to face her daughter. She looks down in shame as she explains why she must hand the girl over to drug lords.Unconceivable...., the parents plant illegal poppy plants used to create heroin, and when the government comes to their property and destroys the crop of poppy, the parents can't repay the drug lords who fronted them the money to plant and harvest the poppy.

Since the government destroyed the illegally planted poppy, the parents are forced to repay the debt to the drug lords, so, they give the young girls to the drug lords as payment to keep the father from being killed, and the girls are sent to other nations as sex slaves or slaves.
The Degree of Selfishness of these parents is amazing.
In Humane treatment of a young child will take place and these parents don't seem to care.
These are "unintended consequences" of the Afghan Government's attempt to take action on the poppy plantations that the world is complaining about.

Liberia's Charles Taylor appeals at The Hague
Hague, why haven't U.S. Former President Bush been charged?
Last May, the court sentenced him to 50 years in prison for aiding and abetting rebels in neighbouring Sierra Leone during the 1991-2002 civil war.
Charles Taylor's role in the Blood Diamond Murders that took place in  Sierra Leone, in that, his charges and subsequent guilty verdict of "aiding and abetting rebels in neighboring Sierra Leone during the 1991-2002 civil war. ", were based on indirect causes and support by Charles Taylor's administration.
As compared to former President Bush's administration's direct role in the invasion of Iraq, resulting in hundreds of thousands deaths, millions of lives negatively affected, and the destruction of a nation.
One has to wonder, "where is the equal justice by the Hague"?

Could it be that the U.S.'s acts and actions are above the world's laws based on American's relevance on the world's stage?
Could it be that the Hague is a "racist" entity that refuse equal justice for a white leader who's actions exponentially out weigh the acts and actions of a black leader who never directly participated in the actual killings or torturing?

Two Valid questions posed to The Hague, and I will remind every human being on earth, "we are all created equally".
If my son were to murder another human being, he should be subjected to the same laws that every other American would be subjected to, based on the same crime committed.

Double Standards are observed by the Hague, and these double standards aren't going un-noticed by a blind or ignorant world.

Well, apparently, the corruption won, and a proven weak character has been exposed.
From the outside looking in, I felt for Ray Nagin during his management of the Katrina Hurricane Crisis, and the subsequent complaints by black businesses regarding the lack of equality when contracts were being awarded for the rebuilding of NO, may be the issue that brought the opportunity of corruption to Nagin's doorstep.

As the U.S. continue to move in the direction of the melting pot, more and more non whites will earn their rights to these high powered offices across the U.S.....

The Parents of each child, are the ones who must ensure that the child and children that they raise, are disciplined correctly, and receive the right type of "needed" attention, if and when it is necessary.
The Family members who observe and interact with a brother, sister, mother or father, must hold each other accountable for mal behavior.
IT IS THE FAMILY THAT OWNS FIRST ACCOUNTABILITY

"They were going to rid the world,
perhaps one person at a time,
of the evil in it"

Three Kentucky men charged with torturing, kidnapping, killing and dismembering another man told deputies they wanted to "rid the world of the evil in it," said Boone County (Ky.) Sheriff's deputies.
Every Adult, in the lives of the 3 young men, played a significant role in the way that these 3 young men think, and behave.
There is a reason why 3 men of the same age, choose to join the military, and become quality young men, compared to 3 different choice of the 3 men that chose to kill Daniel Delfin, 19, of Walton, Ky., the drug dealer.
There is a mind set, established in these 3 men, who willingly, discuss the way that they killed Daniel Delfin, 19, of Walton, Ky..

Pakistani Supreme Court orders arrest of prime minister in corruption case

Why Can't Americans see that we don't have to take corruption in our govenmentPakistani Citizens March to "End Government Corruption", and the "Business as usual", while the people are starving, and poor.

Pakistan is the nation that provides the largest radical islamist freedom to rome and do it's bidding with impunity.  The Government of Pakistan, have provided no protection, and bare minimum services to millions of it's citizens, and they have finally had enough.
The Pakistan Supreme Court have issued arrest warrants for the Pakistan Prime Minister and other Prime Minister staff, and I find it completely interesting that this nation of thousands of years of known corruption, have decided to finally act against obvious abuses by those that manage its government.

Why can't America do this?  We have more than 200 Members of Congress & the Senate, who have signed the "Tax Protection Pledge", which is a blatant "Breach of Oath of Office".

We have a former President, enjoying the "Rich Good Life" after his leading America into a "Illegal War" based on flawed and manipulated information, and even after he admitted that there were not any WMD's, he callously stated, "well, it was the right thing to do".
How many Americans are hurting to this day as the result of former President Bush's acts of war?
I guess we have to take a thousand more years of corruption before we take action, just as Pakistan is doing today.

N.Y. governor signs nation's first gun-control bill since Newtown
Imagine, Making a Law..., that actually make sense
Gov. However, these elected officials will seek the guidance of the richest of the most powerful business or corporation to support the creation of the language associated with any and all bills, prior to expressing his or her position on any subject discussed.

New York, have taken the Bull by the Horn, and its my prediction that there will be a lot more states to follow, but, keep a sharp lookout of the language used in each state's creation of their specific bill, and those that soften the rules, or the states that opt not to create a bill to address the gun laws have been corrupted by the "Man".

Hollande steps up France security over Mali and Somalia
France..., has had enough of the Taliban Destructive ways

President Hollande said the operation had not succeeded despite the 'sacrifice' of two French soldiers
France President, takes preventive actions to protect it's interest against the radical influences of the Taliban, that have seemed to have relocated their place of interest to West Africa.
For months, the taliban have been moving their interest to different areas of West Africa with impunity, and bringing to bear their muslim and islamic laws, enforcing them on the weak locals and the weak governments, unprepared for the business as usual bombings that are standard means of enforcing the muslim radical rules on those they dominate.

The French have had enough, with French President Hollande taking action, ordering his military to take action in Somali, to assist with their protection against the influences of the taliban.
Highly unlike France, a nation that take their territories seriously, but, are more apt to speak than act, have opted to "act".
France has determined that it's nation must act..., right now, against the radical muslims that have taken the world hostage with its tactics of terroristic acts to intimidate those who would say no to their type of rule.

The Reality..., the entire non muslim world, have to act, because the taliban isn't going to be controlled by Arab/Muslim nations, in that, as long as the taliban is intimidating the world, the Arab/Muslim Leaders will remain in power positions, ensuring that their nations are not victims of a "Arab Spring".
France, and leaders of the world, have to see what is going on, and notice that, as the taliban reigns terroristic acts and actions in Arab Nations with impunity, notice that the attacks aren't on the properties of the "Rich & Powerful", but, only on the poor areas of the Arab Nations... You ever wonder why?

I applaud France for taking a stance, and now France will realize

Gabby and Mark: The new 'Bradys' of gun control
Right "Must" be stronger than Wrong

The Right thing to do, so famously stated by former President Bush, suggesting that "Attacking Iraq" was the "Right Thing To Do", and it was this response that former President Bush used when the Bush Administration was forced to finally admit that "no" WMD's were found in Iraq, when the Bush Admin called the "intelligence" a slam dunk, degree of evidence that there was WMD's in Iraq.

To this day, not 1 member of the Bush Admin, nor any member of Congress or the Senate, have held the Bush Admin accountable for the "illegal" attack of Iraq, based on flawed and manipulated information.
Additionally, its the American Voters who have not held any member of the Congress or Senate "accountable" for their failure in "Judgment" by voting in favor of authorizing the attack if Iraq, because there were more than abundance of information put forth that equaled, at minimum, a reasonable doubt, that Iraq had WMD's.
Bottom Line, no elected governmental official will charge any other elected official, under any circumstances, due to their "implicit" conscious agreement to protect each other.

It's also apparent that Voters have chosen not to punish flawed elected officials as well, in that, we continue to allow blatant corruption, breach of oath of office, and even treason to take place by more than 200 elected officials that I have listed on the left side of this web page, and yet, these officials get re-elected over, and over again.

Right "Must" be stronger than Wrong

Gabrielle Giffords, the victim of a gun crime so egregious, that one would wonder, her attack alone was more than enough to convince every elected official to take action on gun control, but, nothing.

How About A Crack Down On Guns
equal to the
Crack Down On Drugs!!
And now, the lost lives of 20 children, 2 years after Gabrielle Giffords attack, elected officials play the "make them wait game" before taking action, because they know that time will change ones perspective, and with time, these elected officials, paid off by NRA lobbyist, will either do nothing or do very little.

IT'S OUR FAULT
Its time to make Right stronger than Wrong

What type of reaction would have taken place by elected officials if the man that killed the 20 children in Connecticut name was:

Ali Al Aqba
Jesus Rodregez
Jermane Mornroe
