I'd suggest that Californians find this guy, and fire his ass immediately, and kick his ass out of your state, in fact, kick his ass out of America..., let him go to China and find a Job.
Lets see how many Chinese Companies would hire his ass?
This is absolutely ridiculous and other states in the U.S. that have made equal decisions..., find the elected officials and kick their asses out as well.

Refuse Federal Funding To Choose Chinese Firms to do the Job
If you wonder how a Racist or Ideology can hurt the American People, check out this story...
States that have Republican Leaders or White Leaders turn down Federal Money because the money is coming from either a Democratic President, or a Black President.
The results of these leaders decision to refuse to take federal highway money and the associating rules that demands that American Companies does the work, is a decision by these leaders that ought to cause each and every American Citizen to throw stones in the windows of any Elected State Official that makes these types of decisions.
These, either Racist or Ideology worshipers, hire "Chinese Companies" to repair California Bridges in the rate of Billions, claiming that "American Companies" can't do the job because they can't find enough "welders", or, American Companies refuse to take a price cut to do the jobs.
The Federal Money would have offset the higher wages of American Hired Companies.
These are your elected officials who are deciding to send Billion Dollar Contracts to China, and sending upwards of 3k to 30k well paying jobs to China, and using the reasoning of "American Companies"
weaknesses of skills or "American Companies" unwillingness to lower prices..., as a reason for giving away high paying jobs.
For the Racist & the Republicans out there, it's your elected leaders that are making these decisions, so, if you're throwing rocks at Obama for not creating well paying jobs.... what are your thoughts of this story?
We all can learn to well, we all would be willing to take a few dollars less in order to ensure that a good paying job stays in America.
However, it's apparent that the elected leaders who are hiring Chinese Companies, who don't believe in American Companies or American people ability to learn to work.
Billions are going to Chinese Companies because "State Elected Officials", like Governors, Senators, and Congressmen are giving well paying jobs to Chinese..., because they refuse to follow Federal Government requirements of "hiring American Companies" to build and repair "American Highways"!!!!!!!!!!!!
In my opinion, it takes either a Racist who refuse to take money from a Black President to be so stupid, or it takes a man that is so into his republican ideology that he has no regards for the reason why he is in his position and serving "all" citizens, and not just the 50% who may have voted for him.
Ideology, Racism and Ignorance is dominating this country, and for stories like this one, which hires companies outside of the U.S...., when the unemployment rate has been above 8 for the past 4 plus years, and everyone is screaming for jobs...., I'd suggest that these individuals ought to be removed from office immediately, under the charges of "Un-American Decision Making Idiots".
We are all capable of being a racist, an ideologue, and ignorant, and when it is discovered that anyone of us are.... then those around us... have the responsibility to remove us from positions of authority.
