Secret Service looking into Ted Nugent violent anti-Obama message
The U.S. Secret Service is looking into a violent rant by "Catch Scratch Fever" rocker Ted Nugent in which he denounced President Barack Obama and his top advisers as "evil" and urged National Rifle Association members to help "chop their heads off in November."
"I'll tell you this right now: If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year," Nugent said. "We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November. Any questions?"
Nugent, speaking at the organization's annual gathering over the weekend, praised NRA members but warned that if they did not "get everybody in your lives to clean house in this vile, evil, America-hating administration, I don't even know what you're made out of."
"If the coyote's in your living room, pissing on your couch, it's not the coyote's fault. It's your fault for not shooting him," he said. He also denounced the administration as "criminals" and said a Democratic victory in November would mean "we'll be a suburb of Indonesia next year" — an apparent reference to Obama's boyhood time there.
Secret Service spokesman Brian Leary told Yahoo News: "We are aware of the incident and we are conducting appropriate follow-up."
And a spokeswoman for Mitt Romney, whom Nugent has endorsed, distanced the campaign from his remarks.
"Divisive language is offensive no matter what side of the political aisle it comes from. Mitt Romney believes everyone needs to be civil," Andrea Saul said by email.

Charges Of Incitement Are Necessary
Incitement - to stir up feelings in or provoke action by somebody.
Incitement is a criminal act when the intent of one's actions is to cause the emotions of a person or a group of people to behave in a possible illegal manner.
It is the responsibility of our legal system and the people who are charged with enforcing the rules of law, to act, when an individual spews words of incitement, be it innocently, ignorantly, or purposely.
The Foundation of Racism is abundantly evident in the United States, and for anyone who chooses to deny that the U.S. doesn't have a foundation of Racism; I'd suggest that you move to Iraq.
We fully understand the ramifications of racism, and its capabilities, we understand how a person that have a racist purpose to harm a minority can be accomplished alone or among a group, we understand that there are many out there who would love to participate in aggressive racist acts in an effort to intimidate minorities in the U.S.....
FACT
President Obama, the first Black American President, has caused the defecation of racism to rise to the surface of an ocean of racist individuals.
American History is steep with acts of racism, and the non-racist whites have a history of passive behavior toward the racist whites, and it's that passive demeanor of the non-racist whites that allow the racist whites to ply their intimidation with impunity, by providing a line of confusion as to who is a white racist and a non-racist.
We know that it's true that there are many racist in the U.S. that absolutely refuse to accept that this country has allowed any and all race & nationalities to populate this country for centuries and now, the number of non-whites have grown to the point that the non-whites are a huge power based of numbers that directly affect the outcome of politics.
Required Incitement Enforcement
Under the current conditions of the U.S., with respect to race relations associated with recent race based crimes, we cannot assume that the citizens of this country are blind enough to not notice that there are distinct possible outcomes of a race related incident against the President of The United States of America.
Incitement, in legal terms, allows the law to charge a person who speaks words that would cause others to act..... In the case of Ted Nugent, his words are more than a simple case of incitement, in that, his words are attacking and specific as to what the individuals around him ought to be thinking or feeling, if President Obama were to win the upcoming 2012 Presidential Election.
Freedom of Speech is the freedom to state ones opinion on any subject, at any time. However, Incitement is the use of words, specifically designed to cause the rise of an emotional feeling towards a subject, and its rise of emotions that may cause a particular human being to act illegally.
Thus, the speaker of inciteful words is responsible for the acts and actions of the individual who was influenced to act when listening to a specific individual's words.
If you take a look at the video of Ted Nugent speaking via a microphone, you will notice that there are whites around him nodding in agreement of the inciting comments that Ted Nugent is speaking, as he states that President Obama hates the constitution, which is a direct misrepresenation of a fact, specifically used to "incite".
This type of response to words is "Incitement" in action, and the subsequent actions by the men nodding..., is the responsibility of Ted Nugent. Additionally, if you listen well, you'll hear a man yell out, "Communist", as Ted Nugent is speaking.
Incitement Ought to be the charges.
We cannot sit back and wait until an action has taken place, then, respond to something that we already know that is happening. The Secret Service has a responsibility to act to protect the President.
It is the responsibility of every American Citizen to be conscientiously aware of what you say, and how the words that you use may affect others, to the extent that you specifically curtail your comments in such a manner that your words cannot be construed as words that suggest to another human being that you condone illegal actions.
